We have combined our years of expertise into our own software with over 80,000 selected websites, both domestically and internationally. This way, we increase our clients' online authority day in and day out.

The role

Are you a strong communicator who brings calm when the pace picks up? Do you ensure that goals are not only set but also met? Due to our growth, there is an opening for an Operations & Account Lead. In this role, you will streamline and improve our work processes. You will be the point of contact for the team and seamlessly switch between operational, tactical, and strategic levels. You identify opportunities internally/externally and translate them directly into results.

What are you going to do

• Manage and coach the link building team; contribute to the ideation and prioritization of improvements to our software.
• Sparring partner and point of contact with a focus on operational excellence.
• Restructure and optimize workflows and processes.
• Overall planning, quality control, and production management.
• Formulating clear objectives and strict deadline monitoring.
• Co-create, monitor, and adjust annual plans and KPIs.
• First point of contact for customers; building sustainable relationships and new leads.
• Scaling our whitelabel software to multiple countries.

What are you bringing

• Minimum Bachelor's work and thinking level.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., as a manager or project leader).
• Results-oriented, structured, and decisive.
• Proactive in process improvement: you see what can be done better and tackle it immediately.
• Commercial mindset; you know how to get a team on board.
• Experience with SEO tools is a plus (including Semrush, WordPress, Ahrefs, Moz, Yoast).
